2006 U.S. Open Cup
2006 Amateur Cup
The entry form must be accompanied by the entry fee,
$200 for Amateur Cups and $250 for the Nation Open (women's) Cup, and sent to
the WASA office. Checks should be made out to the WASA.
The Men's
National Cup winner was decided last fall, for the 2005 & 2006. The state
winner was the Croatian Eagles.
The Deadline for Women's Open, Men
& Women's Amateur Cup, Men & Women's 0-30 Cups is May 5, 2006. A
winner for each bracket must be determined by June 5, 2006.
The
Deadline for U-23 Cup Entry is May 10, 2006. A winner must be declared
by June 10, 2006.
Rosters for the State Representative to the Regional
Tournament are due to the Regional Commissioner by June 13, 2006 11:00 P.M. EDT
for all competitions.
Regional finals are in Dayton, Ohio, June 23-25,
2006. National Finals are in Frisco, Texas, August 4-6, 2006.
Referee
Fees for Intra- State games are regular Major game fees $50-$30-$30.
Inter-State game fees are $145, $40, $40, and $25. This includes travel fees
for the center ref. that must come from a neutral state. The fees must be paid
to the center referee before the start of the game by the home team.
State winners must Immediately post a $500 performance bond with the
WASA. Bond checks should be made out to the WASA. Checks will be returned after
participating at the Regional Tournament or hopefully after the National
Tournament. Let's have a good turnout of participating teams, and good luck to
all of our entrants.

represent Wisconsin at the Region II Amateur Cup Tournament June 17-19 in
